Urartian Inscription of Eleşkirt (Toprakkale)

Toprakkale, Eleşkirt (A 3-7)

The stone block reportedly originated from Toprakkale, about 13 km northeast of Eleşkirt in the Ağrı province, but its whereabouts are unknown today. The four lines of the inscription appear identical to the beginnings of the lines of the text found on A 3-6; it is therefore plausible that this block was the first in a series of stones that contained the complete inscription. The broken lines have been restored based on A 3-6.
