The inscription is written inside the rock niche at Yeşilalıç (Pagan). The five-line text is repeated twice.

Translation:
“(1) For the god Haldi, his (or: the) Lord, Išpuini, son of Sarduri (and) Minua, son of Išpuini built (sg.) a susi temple of the god Haldi. (2b) Through the protection of the god Haldi, (this is) Išpuini, son of Sarduri, mighty king, great king, king of the Bia lands, lord of Ṭušpa-City. (3b) He established a ritual on the occasion of the new construction(?): a lamb is to be slaughtered for the god Haldi, an ox is to be sacrificed for the god Haldi, a cow (is to be sacrificed) for the goddess Uarubani (=ʾArubani), (and) a sheep (is to be sacrificed) for the gate of the god Haldi (and) for the weapons of the god Haldi.”
