Metsopay-Vank (A 5-83)
The inscribed stele was seen and copied by W. Belck in 1891 in the now-vanished Armenian monastery of Metsopay-Vank / Astvadzašin, about 32 km east of Patnos. The round-topped stele, which had a round hole, was walled into the upper threshold of the church door. It disappeared along with the church and is known only from old copies. The inscription repeats the same text, a dedication to the gods Haldi and Quera, twice.

Translation:
“(1) [For the god Haldi and for the god Quera Minua,] (3) [son of] Išp[uini, erected] this st[ele]. (5) [Through the] great[ness of] the god Hal[di] (7) (I am) Min[ua, son of] Išpu[ini], (9) strong king, [great king], (10) king [of] the Bi[a] lands, (11) lord [of Ṭušpa-City].”
