Javankaleh (A 8-13)
The rock inscription is located near the eastern shore of Lake Urmia, approximately 8 km east of the town of Ajabsir and 1.5 km west of the village of Javankaleh. It is engraved on a rocky outcrop beneath the summit of a volcanic lava hill at an altitude of 1,412 m above sea level. The southeast-facing inscription covers an area 37 cm high and 74 cm wide. It is set within a niche, the upper edge of which is largely destroyed. The surface is badly damaged, with the right halves of the first seven lines lost.
